Toddler Yoga

Toddler Yoga is the perfect introduction to yoga poses, breathing and mindfulness for little ones aged 18 months – 5 years. We introduce basic yoga principles through story, song, games, sensory play and crafting activities.

We want to make sure that children attending our courses have loads of fun and settle straight in and therefore we theme each week around a popular pre-school book or seasonal topic. The sessions are 45 minutes and to keep your little one engaged we move through lots of different activities throughout.

Toddler Yoga runs in 4 week blocks but we hope your toddler enjoys the sessions so much that they want to keep coming back and therefore each block will be different so that they get to see lots of different stories, themes & activities.
