At Little Leopards we want to be able to support you through every stage of your parenting journey and our lovely, warm pregnancy courses are a great place to start. Do you want to spend some time with bump, ease pregnancy aches and pains, learn lots of baby essentials or simply meet other new mums to be?

We have 2 different courses that may be perfect for you:

Pregnancy Relaxation

Our Pregnancy Relaxation sessions are perfect for mums who want to dedicate some time to bonding with bump, easing pregnancy aches and pains and enjoying some relaxation time. It is a 4 week block of 45 minute sessions which include:

  • Pregnancy safe stretching
  • Breathing exercises
  • Tips for easing aches and pains
  • A how to on early baby massage suitable from birth & soothing techniques
  • A relaxation/meditation
  • Plus lots of refreshments and time to chat

This course is safe from early pregnancy and you can attend for more than one block if you want to continue dedicating time to yourself throughout your pregnancy.

On attending your first block you will receive a lovely little gift just for you.

Pregnancy Relaxation & Baby Confidence

Our Pregnancy Relaxation & Baby Confidence course is aimed at first time parents or those who want a refresher on all things baby. This course which will include all of the relaxation elements included in our Pregnancy Relaxation sessions but will also feature lots of information, advice & tips for pregnancy, labour and post partum so that you can feel confident as you move through this amazing journey. It is a 4 week course which includes:

  • Pregnancy safe stretching
  • Breathing exercises
  • Tips for easing aches and pains
  • A how to on early baby massage suitable from birth & soothing techniques
  • Lots of tailored information on pregnancy, labour & birth and also a practical session going through basics including nappy changing, bathing & more.
  • A relaxation/meditation
  • Welcome pack & pregnancy nurture journal
  • Plus lots of refreshments and time to chat

This course is guided by the participants so we can really focus on what it is you want to take away from your time with us. We will do everything we can to help you feel nurtured & supported and ready to transition in to your new role as a mum. You will be able to meet lots of other mums to be who may even become friends for life.

All of our pregnancy courses take place on an evening in our lovely space in Penistone - Barnsley. The setting will be super relaxing, think fairy lights, blankets, cushions & soft music and we will provide everything you need to enjoy the sessions & feel comfortable.
